Julio Mneney

Julio Mneney is an experienced hospitality professional with more than 25 years of expertise in bar management, staff training, and hotel consultancy. He has worked as Bars Manager at luxury resorts including Ikos Porto Petro and Ikos Andalusia, and is currently part of the team at Ergon Beach House, applying his expertise to operations and guest experience.

As an instructor at Bar Academy Hellas, he has trained dozens of hospitality professionals, specialising in service, menu development, and operational management. He has also provided consultancy services to businesses across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Spain, Italy, and Turkey. In addition, he has served as a brand ambassador for beverage companies, representing and promoting international spirits brands.

Julio has received recognition in international cocktail competitions and regularly participates in leading industry events, including Athens Bar Show and Salonica Bar Show. He speaks Greek and English, with knowledge of Spanish, and brings extensive hands-on experience and expertise in bar and hospitality management to his work and teaching.
