
He began his professional journey in the coffee industry in 2014, while studying at the Department of Mathematics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Early on, he realized that his passion for coffee and the philosophy of specialty coffee would play a defining role in his professional development.
He became actively involved in specialty coffee, working in third wave coffee shops while training according to the standards of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). In recent years, he has worked as a Head Barista and Barista Trainer in well-known coffee shops in the city, focusing on proper technique, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
He has attended specialized coffee seminars, including programs at Bar Academy, continuously expanding his educational and professional background. Since the summer of 2025, he has been part of the Bar Academy Thessaloniki team, aiming to share his passion and love for coffee through structured, high-quality, and comprehensive education.
