Alexandros Dontas

For more than a decade, Alexandros Dontas has been an active presence in the Athens cocktail scene and the Greek bar industry. His constant pursuit of new techniques, flavours, and spirits has led him to attend numerous educational seminars and travel extensively across Greece and around the world. This experience eventually led him to represent Greece as a finalist in a global bartending competition in London.
Throughout his career, Alexandros has worked as both a bartender and bar manager on several notable bar projects in Athens, hosting local and international guest shifts and events. In recent years, he served as Brand Ambassador for the Brown-Forman portfolio in the Greek market, focusing on brand building through presentations, activations, and trade representation.
Alongside his work in the industry, Alexandros took his first steps into entrepreneurship by opening his own bar, Feelin’Good Athens. Today, having experienced the bar industry from multiple perspectives, he is an instructor at Bar Academy Greece, where he shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation of bartenders.
