
He works in the coffee and hospitality industry, specializing in specialty coffee and the operation of modern bar environments. He currently serves as Head Barista and Supply Manager at Shed, where he is actively involved in bar operations, quality control, and the overall organization of daily service.
In the past, he has worked with well-established venues such as Ergon Agora and Blé, gaining experience in high-standard environments. He has also completed four seasons in Crete and Corfu, working both as a barista and a bartender, further developing his adaptability across different concepts and fast-paced settings.
He is a graduate of IEK in Tourism and Hospitality and has attended specialized seminars in coffee and beverage service, including Bar Academy programs, with a focus on technique, consistency, and the importance of raw materials. At Bar Academy, he shares practical knowledge that can be directly applied in real working conditions.
