Petros Mytilinaios

Petros Mytilinaios is a bar professional with extensive experience in bartending, bar management, education, and brand representation. He has worked at notable bars in Athens and Piraeus and currently serves as Bar Manager at Beauty Killed the Beast and Executive Bar Manager at Shedia Art. Alongside his work behind the bar, he is a Brand Ambassador for METAXA.

Education is an important part of his professional journey. He is a Bar Instructor at Bar Academy Athens and the author of Cocktail’s Anatomy, a book exploring the philosophy, technique, and creative thinking behind cocktail creation, which was nominated in the Public Book Awards 2023.

Petros also creates educational bar content through series such as No Waste and Forgotten Classics, focusing on sustainability, cocktail history, and modern techniques. A finalist in Bacardi Legacy Greece 2018, he combines hands-on bar experience with education, creativity, and a deeper understanding of the modern bar industry.
