MEET THE EXPERTS

Spyros Siakavellas
Born in Athens, Spyros has over 12 years of experience in some of the city’s most renowned bars and is the representative of Rémy Cointreau in Greece. Passionate about spirits and cocktails, he also teaches at a vocational school in Athens. In his free time, he enjoys discovering cocktails with friends at his favorite bars.

Stelios Felonis
Originally from Litochoro, Pieria, Stelios began his bartending career at the age of 16. After completing his studies in Athens, he worked with well-known groups such as Stathakostopoulos and Morakis. In 2016, he founded his own cocktail bar. For the past six years, he has been the Portfolio Brand Ambassador at W.S. Karoulias and bar manager at the Batsilas Group.
