Bar Management 2 is an intensive seminar that brings together the three most critical factors for the successful operation of a hospitality business: human resources, financial management, and quality/logistics. Participants will gain the knowledge and practical tools needed to lead teams, interpret financial data, and implement integrated quality systems.

BAR MANAGEMENT 2
The Bar Management 1 - HR, Finance & Quality in Hospitality seminar isc onducted either in person (Athens) or online via live interactive webinars on the Zoom platform. These webinars are designed to be participatory, featuring a live instructor and requiring active engagement at scheduled dates and times.
The program consists of 2 modules, designed for both new and experienced managers or business owners who wish to enhance their management skills and improve the operation of a modern and competitive bar or hospitality business. Participants have the flexibility to attend the modules in any order, depending on their personal learning goals.
Upon successful completion of the full program — which includes both theoretical and practical assessment — participants receive a Certificate of Completion. If the necessary requirements are not met, the certificate will not be issued.
Students are entitled to retake the program at no additional cost, in accordance with the Academy’s Reattendance Policy. For more information, please contact us.
