Mirror Hospitality Expo becomes Central Europe Hospitality Expo, opening a new chapter for 2027

After four years on the Slovak hospitality scene, Mirror Hospitality Expo is evolving into Central Europe Hospitality Expo (CEHE), widening its focus to the whole of Central Europe.

The event returns on 3 and 4 May 2027 at the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel in Bratislava, while from 2 to 5 May the city will host the parallel programme Cocktail City, with guest shifts in bars and pop-up locations.

From Mirror Hospitality Expo to CEHE

The change of name marks a broader evolution of the event, aiming to build a stronger network between the hospitality communities of Central Europe and the international bar scene.

Founders Stanislav Harciník, Peter Marcina and Adrián Chrzan now take part as co-owners alongside Carlton Property, while Danil Nevsky joins the team as Global Lead, strengthening the international outlook of CEHE. At the same time, a new regional board is being formed with professionals from the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary and the wider Central and Eastern European region.

The first bars coming to Bratislava

The new identity came with the first announcements for 2027. Although the full line-up has not yet been revealed, the first list already gives the event a strongly international character.

Among the confirmed bars are Danico from France, Himkok from Oslo, Hope & Sesame from China, Scarfes Bar from London and Tokyo Confidential from Japan, along with Ba Nomu, Laowai, Moebius, Smoke & Bitters and Otro Bar.

Connect, Educate, Taste, Discover

Despite the new identity and the expansion of the event, CEHE keeps the four pillars on which Mirror Hospitality Expo was built: Connect, Educate, Taste and Discover.

The event will continue to combine seminars, tastings, masterclasses, international professionals, local bartenders and guest shifts across the city, turning Bratislava for four days into a meeting point for the European hospitality community.
