Zero waste, sustainable development, carbon footprints, and climate change have us all talking. The world`s top professionals owe a large percentage of their success on products they make themselves. "Homemade" products are now a must-have tool for every modern bartender. However, which are the elements and the required knowledge that will make the difference?
The aim of the seminar is to teach the participants all the modern techniques and information to create their own ingredients and garnishes, as well as all raw materials in any production are used in full. All fruit and vegetables are used down to the last piece of peel.
Take part in an innovative seminar that aims to:

Bestow you with all the necessary knowledge for the production of homemade products, such as liqueurs, syrups, etc.

Develop your basic bartending skills, teach you modern techniques and help you whip up classic cocktails and new concoctions just like a professional bartender, such as sous vide, liquid nitrogen, dry ice, etc.

Introduce you to alcoholic fermentation as well as the proper procedures required for public health safety. We will refer to the use of yeast for the production of Kombucha as well as the dangers of "home" fermentations.

Propose you into Zero Waste Management, with an innovative approach to reduce organic waste in order to reduce waste, save money and prepare original materials to accompany your creations.

Unleash the creativity of the participants so that they can make both their own homemade products and complete cocktail suggestions.
The seminar lasts five days and contains the required theory, but also the practical training required, so that each trainee can immediately apply these techniques to the company he works. The seminar concludes with practical examples in the applications, as well as in the basic principles of creating original cocktail recipes and their presentation.
* The program is aimed at experienced professionals who are already working or have completed the Bartending Level 1 seminar of Bar Academy.
* The notes of the educational program are included, which contain indicative recipes.
* Certificate of Attendance at Seminars:
Participants in Bar Academy training programs receive an Educational Program Attendance Certificate after attending the entire program and if they successfully pass an assessment of knowledge and skills (practical & theoretical).
In case the above specifications are not met, the Certificate will not be issued. Students may repeat the program again without any extra charge (as per the “free repeat” policy - contact us for more information).
