The purpose of the seminar is to teach participants all the modern techniques and information required to create unique ingredients and garnishes, as well as to make the most of the products they already use. Almost no part of bar ingredients will be thrown away again in a bar.

Introducing the use of modern techniques and ingredients in the world of bartending, such as sous vide, liquid nitrogen, dry ice and more
Learn about alcoholic fermentation and proper procedures necessary to ensure the safety of public health. We will refer to the use of yeasts for Kombucha production as well as to the risks involved in "domestic" fermentations.
Get to know "Zero Waste Management," a unique effort to reduce organic waste and save money while preparing unusual ingredients to accompany cocktail recipes.
This seminar will help release the creativity of the participants so they can design their homemade products as well as themed cocktail presentation.
The seminar lasts five days and contains the required theoretical and practical training required for each trainee to be able to apply these techniques immediately. The seminar concludes with the practical implementation of the techniques and the basic principles by creating original cocktail recipes and their presentation.
The program is addressed to experienced professionals who are already working or at least have completed the Bar Academy`s Bartending Seminar Level 1.
The participants will receive a Certification after attending the entire program.
